Request for an Invitation Letter of ICFF VIII

1. Please download and fulfill the Request Form for a Conference Invitation Letter.

2. Send your completed Request Form to ICFF VIII by Email (icff8@ust.hk).

    You will have the Conference Invitation Letter according to your preferred form (Email, Fax, or Ordinary mail).

    Please present the Invitation Letter ICFF VIII to appropriate authority to apply for visa(s) to Hong Kong and mainland, China (including Shenzhen, Guangzhou, etc.).

    If you have any problem when applying for a visa to mainland, China, please contact Prof. Biao Wang.

    If you have any question when applying for a visa to Hong Kong, please contact Prof. Tong-Yi Zhang.
